All bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive guide for home setup, but we recommend taking your bike to a local shop for a professional safety check.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all apparel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. Generally, frame size is determined by your height and inseam measurement. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or up for more stability.
What kind of warranty comes with Delta Cycle products?
All our bike frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
